Our Goals
ACADEMIC GOALS – Students will improve achievement in reading comprehension and literacy accross curriculum improve their acheivement in mathematical skills, and continuously develop, maintain, and monitor rigorous student programs which meet individual student needs and show student achievement and growth.
CULTURAL GOALS - CDLA will promote, build, and sustain relationships with community members including businesses, higher education, and volunteer organizations to accomplish the mission of the school corporation while developing a collaborative culture to support student learning.
OPERATIONAL GOALS - CDLA will be a good steward of financial resources to manage and allocate budgets to meet the instructional needs of today and in the future while improving the efficiency and effectiveness of district operations to support student learning.
